Failed Transactions

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pp77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, but the general rules are set out below.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 or more → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳42,000

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, you must complete bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.
• Multiple members using the same device, IP address, or household cannot claim the same bonus.
• pp77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If an account is closed before wagering is completed, the bonus funds will be forfeited.

VIP Program

pp77's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

It is possible to move up to a higher tier through regular play.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

pp77 is committed to ensuring a fair and safe environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in account closure:

Prohibited Conduct

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems
• Attempting to gain an advantage by violating bonus terms and conditions
• Colluding with other users to deceive the system
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment information
• Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity

Ensuring Fair Play

Balance after account closure

Valid balances from accounts closed in compliance with the rules will be returned. However, if an account is closed due to a breach of terms and conditions, bonus balances and related winnings may be forfeited.
